We run tests based off the description of the problems to ensure that we provide the best services needed for repairs. For Computers this may include a hardware test, which will test all the major components of the computer to ensure they are all running correctly and not starting to go bad. These hardware tests can take up to eight hours to run. For non computer related issues, we do our best to try and discover the cause of the issue and the cost of repairs in a timely manner.
